Clips on X are often embedded in a post URL, not a separate file link. NeatVid reads the post link and lists MP4 when video is available.
If nothing loads
Copy the link from Share on the video itself (not a profile or search page). We only process links from: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Facebook, and Vimeo. Other apps such as WhatsApp are not supported.
Copy the link to the specific post (x.com/…/status/…). Profile or home feed URLs will not return formats.
